About us
Message from the CEO
Welcome to the Universal Access Development Fund (UADF). Our mission is clear and compelling: to bridge the digital divide and ensure that every community, particularly those in un-served and under-served rural areas, has access to essential telecommunication services. As the CEO of UADF, I am proud to lead an organization dedicated to this transformative mission.
In today’s interconnected world, access to telecommunication services is not just a convenience but a fundamental necessity for social and economic development. Our focus on both voice and broadband services reflects our commitment to providing comprehensive solutions that empower communities, enhance education, improve agricultural productivity and healthcare, and stimulate economic growth.
Our journey is driven by a vision of universal connectivity. Through strategic initiatives and robust partnerships, we are working tirelessly to extend the reach of high-quality telecommunication services to the most remote corners of our country. By doing so, we aim to create opportunities for all individuals, enabling them to participate fully in the digital economy and enjoy the benefits of a connected society.
Our Mandate
Our mandate is to ensure universal access to telecommunication services across underserved and under-served rural communities. We aim to provide equitable access to high-quality voice and broadband services, thereby enabling these communities to participate fully in the digital economy. Through strategic initiatives and partnerships, UADF strives to create a connected society where everyone has the opportunity to benefit from digital advancements.
