Building Digital Bridges: UADF and Elohim Tech Labs Empower Tokeh Community

Following the successful establishment of the Tokeh ICT Center, the Universal Access Development Fund (UADF) wasted no time in launching a comprehensive Training of Trainers program. This initiative was designed to ensure that the local community would have continuous access to essential digital skills, fostering a culture of learning and growth right in the heart of Tokeh.

The training program, spearheaded by UADF, covered vital areas such as Internet usage, Canva for design work, and essential software tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. By equipping trainers from within the community, UADF aimed to create a sustainable model where knowledge could be continuously passed on, ensuring that the benefits of the ICT center would reach every corner of the community.

Building on this foundation, Elohim Tech Labs stepped in to further enhance the skills of the community members. Their training sessions were designed to complement the UADF program, providing additional layers of expertise and practical knowledge. Together, these efforts have empowered the people of Tokeh with the digital tools needed to thrive in an increasingly connected world.

The collaboration between UADF and Elohim Tech Labs highlights the power of partnership in driving meaningful change. By working together, they have not only provided immediate training but also laid the groundwork for ongoing development and opportunity in Tokeh. As we celebrate the achievements of the newly trained individuals, UADF reaffirms its commitment to supporting rural communities across Sierra Leone. With initiatives like this, we are not just building ICT centers; we are building futures.

Stay tuned for more updates on our continuous efforts to bring digital empowerment to every corner of our beloved nation.
