Brief overview and mission
The Universal Access Development Fund (UADF) is a pivotal organization established by the government of Sierra Leone, entrusted with the noble mandate of ensuring equitable access to mobile and broadband internet services across the nation. Our core mission is to bridge the digital divide by extending connectivity to unserved and underserved rural communities, where traditional terrestrial infrastructure has hitherto been unavailable or inadequate.

Foegamandu Rural Telephony Project
The Yoyema RTP benefits approximately 4,500 residents of the Yoyema community. The provision of reliable telecommunication services has brought about significant positive changes, including improved educational outcomes, economic development, and enhanced community empowerment.
